2022 A New Year – Happier January. So just how can you make the start to 2022 a happier one? Last year wasn’t necessarily the best. Still there seems to be alot of uncertainty. Arguably the best way to try to handle difficulties by focusing on what we can control. This month Action for Happiness are encouraging everyone to focus on small steps to try to boost happiness. Happiness for ourselves as well as famil;y, friends and others around us. Spreading a little kindness will hopefully trigger others to do the same in return.
