Following #winstanleywo article regarding the redevelopment of King Street, it appears we came across this request for help. King Street Photo Walks is looking for your involvement. Ciara Leeming is a writer and photographer who is looking to submit work as part of the Historic England funded projects to breathe new life into King Street. The work you help with will be exhibited publicly in partnership with Streets Apart.
Do You Want to Get Involved with King Street Photo Walks?
Ciara is particularly interested if you fit in with any of the following;
- Do you work in or near King Street now?
- Have you worked in or near King Street in the past?
- Do you have relatives or friends who work or have worked in or near King Street?
- Do you have a story to tell or picture to show of the area?
Ciara is looking for anybody who wants to get involved in one of four free afternoon photo walks. No experience is reequired and all are welcome. Just bring along your phone camera or DSLR. The dates are;
- Saturday 12th March
- Saturday 19th March
- Saturday 2nd April
- Saturday 9th April
