Meaning and Purpose in Life
People who have meaning and purpose in their lives are happier, feel more in control and get more out of what they do. They also experience less stress, anxiety and depression.

Why Does It Matter?
Scientific research shows that having a connection to something bigger than ourselves, makes us happier and more importantly healthier. Never has this been more important than when some of us are limited to shielding or self isolating. If we are unable to meet up with family or friends further afield, them it also gives us an interest to talk to them about from a distance.
